🔹 About the Role

The Junior Payroll Associate will assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, supporting both internal teams and employees. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career but already has hands‑on experience in payroll and customer service, and wants to build solid expertise in HR operations.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, adjustments, new hires, and terminations
  
• Review and validate timecards, hours worked, and employee data
  
• Respond to employee inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems
  
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy
  
• Maintain organized records and support compliance requirements
  
• Support audits and reporting as needed
  

🔹 Requirements

• 6 months of payroll experience
  
• 6 months of customer service experience (call center, support)
  
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry (accuracy is essential)
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
