Logistics Dispatcher & Administrative Coordinator

šŸ“ Remote – Kenya

ā° Full‑Time | Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 PM CST

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Logistics Dispatcher & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dispatch operations, load coordination, and administrative logistics tasks for a U.S.-based trucking operation.

This role is designed to take operational pressure off ownership, ensuring loads are properly built, documented, and dispatched while keeping communication, records, and systems accurate and organized.

What We’re Looking For

āœ… Previous dispatcher experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics

āœ… Strong understanding of freight operations and dispatch workflows

āœ… Experience with TMS platforms (ALVYS highly preferred)

āœ… Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

āœ… Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously

āœ… High attention to detail and strong follow‑through

āœ… Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

āœ… Calm, patient, and professional under pressure

āœ… Excellent spoken and written English (daily communication with U.S. teams)

āœ… Reliable internet connection and remote‑work readiness

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

āœ” Manage daily dispatch and logistics coordination for company trucks

āœ” Receive, organize, and verify load information from emails, texts, calls, and confirmations

āœ” Build, review, and update loads in the TMS (ALVYS preferred)

āœ” Handle rate confirmations, load confirmations, and dispatch documentation

āœ” Coordinate pickup/delivery details, driver assignments, and schedules

āœ” Maintain accurate load statuses, dispatch records, and documentation

āœ” Track delivery confirmations, weights, and paperwork

āœ” Support invoicing preparation through clean, complete documentation

āœ” Centralize dispatch communication through shared operational channels

āœ” Maintain organized records using Google Sheets / Excel

āœ” Identify missing information or errors before they create operational issues

āœ” Support administrative logistics tasks to reduce leadership workload
