Logistics Dispatcher & Administrative Coordinator

📍 Remote – Kenya

⏰ Full‑Time | Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 PM CST

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Logistics Dispatcher & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dispatch operations, load coordination, and administrative logistics tasks for a U.S.-based trucking operation.

This role is designed to take operational pressure off ownership, ensuring loads are properly built, documented, and dispatched while keeping communication, records, and systems accurate and organized.

What We’re Looking For

âś… Previous dispatcher experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics

âś… Strong understanding of freight operations and dispatch workflows

âś… Experience with TMS platforms (ALVYS highly preferred)

âś… Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

âś… Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously

✅ High attention to detail and strong follow‑through

✅ Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

âś… Calm, patient, and professional under pressure

âś… Excellent spoken and written English (daily communication with U.S. teams)

✅ Reliable internet connection and remote‑work readiness

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

âś” Manage daily dispatch and logistics coordination for company trucks

âś” Receive, organize, and verify load information from emails, texts, calls, and confirmations

âś” Build, review, and update loads in the TMS (ALVYS preferred)

âś” Handle rate confirmations, load confirmations, and dispatch documentation

âś” Coordinate pickup/delivery details, driver assignments, and schedules

âś” Maintain accurate load statuses, dispatch records, and documentation

âś” Track delivery confirmations, weights, and paperwork

âś” Support invoicing preparation through clean, complete documentation

âś” Centralize dispatch communication through shared operational channels

âś” Maintain organized records using Google Sheets / Excel

âś” Identify missing information or errors before they create operational issues

âś” Support administrative logistics tasks to reduce leadership workload
