Administrative Assistant (EAA)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible
hours: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6 EST)

Role

The Executive
Administrative Assistant (EAA)
will support NBT’s recruiting operations by
identifying qualified candidates, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating
screening calls. This role combines recruitment support, administrative
duties
, and light marketing tasks.

The EAA will
receive training in the insurance industry to better understand role
requirements and enhance candidate matching accuracy. High‑performing team
members may grow into a full-cycle recruiter position.

  • Identify qualified candidates for
    active job orders
  • Adjust and personalize pre-crafted
    email outreach campaigns
  • Conduct outreach calls to schedule
    screening calls

Required
Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical
    skills
  • Excellent organizational and
    detail-management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a
    proactive attitude
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Confident making cold calls
  • Strong written and verbal English
    communication (no thick accents)
  • Ability to work independently and
    manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 6 months–1 year of experience in
    recruiting or administrative support
  • Experience handling high-volume
    communication (emails, calls, outreach)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or
    databases
  • Exposure to sourcing, screening, or
    resume review is a plus
  • Experience in professional or
    client-facing environments
  • Tech savvy with strong
    administrative accuracy
