Administrative Assistant (EAA)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible
hours: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6 EST)

Role
The Executive
Administrative Assistant (EAA) will support NBT’s recruiting operations by
identifying qualified candidates, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating
screening calls. This role combines recruitment support, administrative
duties, and light marketing tasks.
The EAA will
receive training in the insurance industry to better understand role
requirements and enhance candidate matching accuracy. High‑performing team
members may grow into a full-cycle recruiter position.

active job orders - Adjust and personalize pre-crafted
email outreach campaigns - Conduct outreach calls to schedule
screening calls
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical
skills - Excellent organizational and
detail-management abilities - Problem-solving mindset with a
proactive attitude - Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Confident making cold calls
- Strong written and verbal English
communication (no thick accents) - Ability to work independently and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously - 6 months–1 year of experience in
recruiting or administrative support - Experience handling high-volume
communication (emails, calls, outreach) - Familiarity with CRM systems or
databases - Exposure to sourcing, screening, or
resume review is a plus - Experience in professional or
client-facing environments - Tech savvy with strong
administrative accuracy
