Treasury Accounting Associate
Work Modality: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: 76.000 - 83.600
About the Role:
This position supports multiple departments, primarily Payroll, by providing information related to bank transactions to prevent duplicate payments, ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, issue fraud decisions, and prepare cash and liquidity reports.
Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six months of experience in relevant roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Word, and email is a MUST
- Strong organizational and time management skills with strict attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to support decision-making processes
- Works well with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Issue fraud decisions on ACH payments and checks
- Respond to payroll requests related to checks, direct deposits, and other inquiries
- Fund and register employee payroll cards
- Prepare return reports for the Payroll department
- Build cash reports and forecast reports for Corporate
- Answer incoming calls related to payroll inquiries
