Description

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record managing paid budgets of KES 1 million or more per month.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one CRM or ESP platform.
  • Strong analytics capability in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
  • Background in fintech, FMCG, or financial services preferred.


Responsibilities
  • Own and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and TikTok for all product lines.

  • Lead SEO and SEM, ensuring Mogo ranks for high-intent fintech and asset finance keywords in Kenya.
  • Manage email and SMS automation workflows covering lead nurture, onboarding, and retention.
  • Set up and own digital attribution and analytics using GA4, Meta Pixel, and custom dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on campaign briefs and landing page optimisation per product.
  • Manage digital agency relationships and quarterly budget allocation
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
