QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in any business- related field.
  
• KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain (C plain in Mathematics).
  
• Motorcycle riding skills.
  
• Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing of the company's products and services.
  
• Recruiting and registering of new clients.
  
• Training, management and advising of clients.
  
• Issuance of loans, collection of repayments and loan appraisal for clients.
  
• Excellent customer/client service
  
• Following up on defaults.
  
• Preparation and submission of reports when required.
