Requirements
- Possession of a degree in real estate.
- Experience in managing a commercial property is an added advantage.
- Self-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Team player.
- Commercially focused (has a good understanding of the business environment and the impact their behavior has on the reputation and financial performance of the company).

Responsibilities
- Assist in Rent/service charge collection.
- Assist in coordinating service providers & maintenance
- Help resolve tenant inquiries under mentorship
- Attending to tenants' issues.
- Contribute to letting vacant spaces with our agency team
- Draft property reports with guidance from the supervisor
