Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review detailed test cases based on requirements, ensuring coverage and proper documentation.
- Execute tests, log defects, track resolutions, and produce status reports, escalating critical issues.
- Support UAT by preparing environments, guiding testers, managing defects, and compiling sign-off reports.
- Conduct regression testing, participate in release assessments, and assist automation efforts.
- Maintain testing documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; ISTQB certification preferred.
- 2-3 years in software testing, with experience in test case development, defect management, and banking environment exposure.
- Additional certifications like ITIL are advantageous.
