Role Overview
candidate will have strong experience in backend development using PHP/Laravel, modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js, and hands-on experience with AWS and secure application development. This role involves building scalable systems, improving deployment pipelines, integrating APIs, and contributing to compliance-driven and AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve applications using PHP and Laravel
- Build and maintain frontend features using React or Next.js
- Design, integrate, and maintain APIs and backend services
- Work within existing systems and codebases to implement enhancements and fixes
- Support deployments, builds, and testing through CI/CD pipelines
- Manage and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and environments
- Implement and uphold application security best practices
- Collaborate with designers using Figma to translate designs into functional products
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve reliability
Contribute to AI-driven and compliance-focused product initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of software development experience
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Good understanding of APIs and backend integrations
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployments
- Strong understanding of software and infrastructure security measures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Ability to understand and work effectively on existing codebases
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Experience with Python and Fast API
Understanding of Node.js and modern backend tooling
Exposure to compliance, RegTech, or GDPR-related systems
Interest in AI-powered products and automation
Experience working with Figma and design collaboration workflows
Start-up or fast-paced product development experience
Self-driven and accountable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable and secure development
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
