Qualification, Experienced and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Management, or related field.
· Proven corporate experience as a
Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent organizational skills, adept
at prioritizing tasks efficiently, strong written and verbal communication
skills, proficiency in MS Office suite.
· Ability to work independently and as
part of a team with minimal supervision.
· Discretion and confidentiality in
handling sensitive information.
· Flexible approach to adapt to shifting
priorities and deadlines.
· Manage CEO and Chairman's schedules,
appointments, and correspondence.
· Coordinate travel logistics, including
flights, accommodations, and visas.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes,
and track action items.
· Assist in creating presentations,
reports, and other meeting documents.
· Conduct research to support
decision-making processes.
· Handle expense reports and financial
documents in collaboration with finance.
· Maintain confidentiality and
professionalism with sensitive information.
· Liaise with internal and external
stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
