Description
We’re looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, network configurations, Office 365, VoIP, and business applications. You'll manage incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and support users—including C‑levels—with strong communication and advanced technical skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Configure OS, drivers, BitLocker, EDR, .NET, Java, VPNs
- Install and support advanced business apps
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Manage IT assets and ticket documentation
- Act as IT POC for small branches
- Provide remote support via chat/calls
🎓 Requirements
- Senior-level IT experience
- College degree or higher
- Based in Kenya (Nairobi or Remote)
