SUMMARY: Work at a fast-growing Electric Bikes Company based in Industrial Area Nairobi on managing the entire lifecycle of instalment credit for our HIRE PURCHASE model, act as the crucial link between sales and finance for the HIRE PURCHASE (HP) or ‘’WORK-TO-PAY’’ model and also do basic accounting duties for the company.

Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business combined with Professional Accounting Certifications either in CPA or ACCA and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounts receivables or Debt Collection Experience.
The Essential Minimum Specific Qualificationsin FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, ECONOMICS or BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION with at least any of the following Professional Certifications:
a. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) especially parts 2 or 3 (CPA-K).
b. ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
c. CCP (Certified Credit Professional) or equivalent certifications from relevant credit management bodies.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
➢ Besides Academic Qualifications, a successful candidate must possess:
➢ Technical Proficiency including mandatory mastery of Microsoft Excel and Advanced Resource Planning (ERP) or Accounting software.
➢ Soft Skills: Exceptional Negotiation, Communication and Conflict-Resolution Skills
➢ Analytical Skills: The Ability to evaluate creditworthiness, assess financial risk and reconcile complex accounts.
• Must also demonstrate high levels of integrity.
• Good Communication and Persuasion skills.
• Must be presentable and outgoing.
