Description
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and commercially driven SDR with excellent communication skills to join our team!
📍 Locations:
- Nairobi, Kenya
🕒 Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
(Possible changes after training. Occasional weekend shifts may apply, with compensatory time off.)
🔹 What You Need
- Strong communication skills + high energy and proactivity
- 1 year in call Centers( Must)
- English level C1 – required
- High school diploma required; college is a plus
Responsibilities
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Prospect through cold calls, emails, and outreach activities
- Qualify leads based on the ICP
- Book meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain updated information in tools like Lusha, Apollo, or Salesforce
- Execute cadences and track key metrics
