One of the world's leading luxury home furnishings and design brands, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating premium customer experiences. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored support, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of a luxury brand. Key Responsibilities

Represent the RH brand with professionalism, polished communication, and a strong personal presence.
Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience through every interaction.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate resources or specialists.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Build brand loyalty by maintaining strong knowledge of RH products, services, systems, and processes.
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Educate and qualify customers regarding RH Interior Design services.
Resolve inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, home furnishings, or interior design is highly preferred.
Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth customers while maintaining confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to deliver first-class service and exceed customer expectations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
