  • Help create a strong, responsive, and motivating founder experience from onboarding through active programme participation.
  • Monitor founder attendance, engagement levels, milestone completion, and participation trends to identify risks early and support stronger retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with founders to encourage consistency, resolve barriers to participation, and maintain momentum.
  • Support the Entrepreneurship Development Manager in implementing engagement strategies that improve completion rates, learner satisfaction, and founder outcomes.

Events and Community Activation

  • Coordinate and support entrepreneurship events designed to increase founder engagement, strengthen community, and maintain high retention across the cohort.
  • Organise and execute community touchpoints such as onboarding sessions, founder meetups, fireside chats, office hours, networking events, pitch events, and ecosystem conversations.
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including planning, scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
  • Help create engaging founder-facing experiences that build belonging, accountability, and excitement within the entrepreneurship community.
  • Support the Entrepreneurship Development Manager in ensuring events are well-run, valuable to participants, and aligned with broader entrepreneurship goals.

Programme Coordination and Operational Support

  • Support the smooth coordination and administration of entrepreneurship programmes in Kenya.
  • Maintain accurate records related to recruitment, founder participation, attendance, progress tracking, and programme engagement.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, scheduling, founder communications, session coordination, and operational preparation for programme delivery.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping refine processes, communication flows, and engagement approaches over time.

Cross-Functional and Ecosystem Support

  • Work closely with the Entrepreneurship Development Manager and internal teams to ensure strong coordination across entrepreneurship activities.
  • Support relationship-building with local ecosystem players, mentors, speakers, and partners by assisting with communication, scheduling, and event coordination.
