REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Catering, Hospitality, or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or an institutional kitchen
3. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
4. Ability to prepare meals for large groups efficiently
5. Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
6. High integrity, discipline, and attention to detail
7. Ability to work with minimal supervision
8. High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness
9. Self-motivated and results oriented
