Description
📌 We’re Hiring – Pipeline Builder
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Pipeline Builder to identify, source, and engage top talent while building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


🏢 Work Mode: On-site

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday

💰 Salary: KES 52,000 + KES 10,000 allowance

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
Proven experience building talent pipelines independently.

Strong hands-on experience using:

✅ LinkedIn Recruiter
✅ Advanced Boolean Search
  • Experience working with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed).

  • Strong research skills and passive candidate outreach experience.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Experience sourcing for high-volume and/or specialized roles
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.


Responsibilities

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring roles.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and interest level.

  • Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline status updates.

  • Develop creative and strategic sourcing approaches to attract qualified candidates.

  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
