Role Overview

We are seeking a Cold Email & Multichannel Marketing Specialist to support lead generation efforts and execute high‑impact outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, automated sequences, and performance analytics. This role also involves supporting additional marketing functions as needed across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and execute cold email campaigns aimed at generating qualified opportunities.
  
• Manage and segment prospect lists within CRM and email marketing platforms.
  
• Build and optimize automated email sequences and workflows.
  
• Track deliverability, open rates, response rates, and conversions; provide data‑driven recommendations.
  
• Conduct prospect research to enable message personalization.
  
• Support additional marketing areas such as content creation, paid campaigns, lead management, or analytics.
  
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing.
  
• Experience using email marketing CRMs such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  
• English level C1+.
  
• Proven experience with cold emailing.
