WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support machine installation and commissioning requirements.
  • Service, maintain and troubleshoot machines and related equipment.
  • Carry out reactive maintenance to minimise machine failures and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct regular checks for potential workplace and job-site hazards.
  • Optimise mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely machine and maintenance records.
  • Monitor availability of spare parts and stock requirements.
  • Train colleagues on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment while adhering to applicable industry regulations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Post-secondary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years proven experience in a similar mechanical/technical role, including troubleshooting.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering systems, installations, maintenance and repairs.
  • Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics. Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is desirable.
