Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Social Work
  
• Example: B.Ed. in Guidance & Counseling, BA/BSc Psychology, or Social Work
  
• Registered with relevant professional body (e.g., KPCA)
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school counseling
  
• Must be a saved and practicing Christian
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Student guidance, career counseling, and emotional support
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions
  
• Collaborates effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
