Requirements
- A master’s degree in public health or any other related field.
- Strong data and statistical background.
- Possess a Quantitative Research background
- Strong written and oral communication
- More than four (4) publications in public health or related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct a field-based clinical or public health research study leading to a thesis defense
- Literature review
- Develop proposals
- Follow up for compliance approvals
- Initiate and lead research activities
- Attend BRIDGE network workshops and training
- Analyze and interpret scientific problems and leverage a large amount of data
- Synthesis and communicate the findings to a variety of audiences
- Supervise and mentor MSc students at AKU
