Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ managerial experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organised-able to multitask, prioritise, and manage complex projects with grace.
  • Crazy affinity for learning.
  • Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, holidays.
  • A team-centred mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Must have successfully managed a stand-alone bar and restaurant with unbelievably high turnovers!


Responsibilities

Brand & Experience Leadership

  • Own the outlet’s vibrancy: events, partnerships, ambience, and guest engagement.
  • Bring fresh, exciting ideas to life-concepts, promotions, entertainment collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing to tell compelling stories across digital and social platforms.

Revenue & Performance Excellence

  • Lead outlet P&L, menu engineering, and revenue-boosting strategies.
  • Deliver four+ standout promotions per year across digital and inhouse channels.
  • Track REVPAR, APC, guest spend, and booking patterns to drive continuous growth.
  • Partner with Operations, F&B, Sales, and the Executive Chef to maximise yield and elevate the dining experience.

Event & Experience Curation

  • Oversee décor, layout, signage, and event setups to ensure brand perfect execution.
  • Craft captivating event descriptions for web and social use.
  • Prepare monthly ROI, revenue, trend, and competitor analysis reports.
