About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join our team as remote field sales agents. You will primarily visit local distributors, hardware stores, and construction sites, and sell cables directly. You will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical cables to distributors, retailers, contractors, electricians, and project developers. You need to submit your weekly plan sheet every Monday morning and report your daily work to our colleague in charge in China every workday.


Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in cable, electrical, hardware, or construction material sales.
  • Knowledge of cable types is a plus.

  • Must have own or reliable access to a motorcycle / public transport.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and visit potential customers, including distributors, hardware stores, electrical shops, and construction sites.

  • Present and explain product specifications, pricing, and benefits.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing and product availability.

  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
