About the Opportunity

We are looking for Financial Advisors to join our team and build a rewarding career in financial advisory. You will work with individuals, families and businesses to understand their financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings and financial needs assessments.
- Present suitable financial and investment solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve agreed business and activity targets
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
- IRA/insurance licence is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in financial advisory.
