Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
  
• Conduct client meetings and financial needs assessments.
  
• Present suitable financial and investment solutions to clients.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  
• Follow up on prospects and existing clients.
  
• Achieve agreed business and activity targets
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
  
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
  
• IRA/insurance licence is an added advantage.
  
• Willingness to learn and build a career in financial advisory.
