Description
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Crop Science
- Strong field experience (agro-inputs preferred)
- Confident communicator with farmers and dealers
- Sales-oriented mindset (you are part of the sales engine)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Results-focused and self-managed
- Valid rider license and experience in riding and maintaining motorbikes
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-farm and agro-dealer product demonstrations
- Support the van sales team to close deals in assigned territory
- Train agro dealers and farmers on Chemicaland's products
- Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence
- Drive product adoption and repeat usage
