The Inbound Call Center Intern will support the customer service team in handling incoming calls, providing quality assistance, troubleshooting network and system issues, supporting sales inquiries, managing call volumes, reducing repeat calls, and responding to social media interactions under the guidance of senior team members.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networks and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using digital systems and social media.
- Strong willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
