• QuickBooks experience (1+ year preferred; certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry best practices
• Comfortable with new technology, automation tools,
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience in a CPA or small business accounting environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations
• Enter and manage financial data in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor/client communications
• Support monthly reporting and spreadsheet management
• Collaborate with internal team on projects using cloud-based and AI-driven tools
•Maintain organized, audit-ready records.
