We are currently looking for Head of Healthcare technology who shall be responsible for the development and implementation of the operational strategy to grow and develop the business in a profitable & sustainable way, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service.
Qualifications & other requirements :
Degree holder in Business Management or Sales & Marketing / MBA – or any other equivalent
At least 10 years’ working experience at Management level

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Devise, implement and maintain strategies to drive sales, manage costs, add value to the department, meet the business line short & long-term objectives & ensure business continuity.
Prepare, implement & monitor Business plans including for new projects.
Regularly review the Plan on progress & take corrective actions whenever required on business development and portfolio development
Keeps track of competitors and follows up on trends, advise Management on opportunities and challenges and implement agreed action plans controlling of the HCT operations
Lead and manage the day to day planning, managing and Oversee purchasing and logistical arrangements to ensure optimum stock availability & business continuity
Manage efficiently warehousing, logistics & distribution of products & resolve any related issues
- Prepare budgets and monitor continuously to ensure that KPI’s are met
Manage the budget and ensure best deals with regards to procurement and supply
Determine appropriate policies & strategies with respect to debtors, sales and pricing structures
Closely monitor debtors and creditors as per established
- Prepare and analyse monthly KPIs, reports and dashboards
Prepare Business Reviews and provide timely information to enable quick and effective decision.
- Respect suppliers’ regulations regarding storage, logistics, distribution, sales activities and pricing structures
- Promote the products’ brand image
- Negotiate contracts with Suppliers.
Oversee Service Excellence initiatives deployed by team members and provide guidance
Manage and monitor the performance of the finance department and guide/mentor team members in achieving the objectives of the organisation
- Ensure that all internal controls are being properly exercised and maintained.
