- Collection of data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
- Entering and updating information into the relevant databases.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
- Ensure accurate and complete records of files.
- Connecting with people from different cultural backgrounds.
