Information Security Analyst
As an Information Security Analyst, you will implement, maintain, and continuously improve the effectiveness of ISMS (Information Security Management System) & OSM (Operation Security Management) at Teleperformance Kenya
Responsibilities
* Support non-technical staff to understand, apply and comply with security policies / IT Security requirements in support of the client contractual requirements and TP Information Security policies.
* Support on the process of periodic\'a0Assessment in compliance with ISO 27001 Standard and Client Contractual Security Requirements and provide reports on the activities.
* Support the Information Security Team on internal security audits and support the regional team in performing periodic external & Internal audits to verify the readiness of PCI-DSS and ISO27001 compliance.
* Promote security initiatives and standards across the organization and provide support with training and debriefing of personnel in relation to security matters
* Contribute in the creation and update of security evidences, collaborating with IT and other departments of the organization, in order to achieve the given KPIs of the security posture scores.
* Performs miscellaneous Operational Security & Information security job-related duties as assigned.
* Develop consultative relationships with different departments to educate them on Teleperformance risk management framework, exception process and promote adherence to company policies, contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Be the local workstream lead for local projects and/or initiatives to identify potential compliance and security risks and report to Information security manager.
* Support the local implementation of global and regional security education, training, and awareness programs
* Facilitate the investigation of potential or actual security breaches, assist in the development and implementation of corrective action plans, research root cause and document the entire investigation process according to policy/procedure.
* Support the implementation of business continuity processes within the local scope and assist in testing activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor\'92s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Administration Management or equivalent
* Familiar with different regulations and standards related to information security and data protection (e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2)
* Preferably a Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification (CISSP, CISA or similar), ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate or Governance, Risk and Compliance Certification (CGRC)
* Can easily transition to a fast-paced environment, must be able to learn new concepts quickly that affect the security posture of the company.
* Willingness to work on-call in the event of a security breach or other emergency.
