- At least four (4) years’ work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, International Development Studies or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Supervisory Course will be added advantage;
- Proficiency in Computer Applications
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance.
- Fulfilled requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
