- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
- Partner with stakeholders and users across the organisation to develop, inform , execute and maintain the product vision, strategy, road map, features, and prioritisation
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise backlog, stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and changing requirements
- Identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution..
- Make strategic decisions on feature development, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners to gather insights and align priorities.
