Tour Consultants- French- Remote

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  

• Excellent command of the required language.
  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour consulting or hotel operations.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Proven experience selling South Africa and other Southern African destinations, including Botswana and Namibia.
  

• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  

• Flexible and willing to work varied hours when required.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Manage client inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  
• Itinerary Preparation: Create personalized safari itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
  
• Invoice Management: Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments.
  
• Feedback & Support: Collect post-safari feedback, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  
• Booking Management: Communicate itinerary updates and booking changes before and during travel.
  
• Sales Support: Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets.
