✅ Degree in finance or equivalent experience
✅ At least 6 months of experience
✅ Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✅ Good communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Ability to work in a team and solve problems
✅ Ability to handle confidential information 🔒
Responsibilities
💼 Main Responsibilities:
✔️ Issue fraud decisions on ACH payments and checks
✔️ Handle payroll-related inquiries (checks, deposits, and others)
✔️ Fund and register employee payroll cards
✔️ Prepare return reports for the payroll department
✔️ Build cash reports and estimations for corporate
✔️ Answer calls related to payroll inquiries
