Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and close high-value deals independently.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar presentation tools.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise account management.
  • Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or OOH industry is an added advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sector markets.
  • Drive direct sales of Alpha & Jam’s advertising solutions, including static billboards & digital screens.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Source, analyze, and manage tender opportunities from identification to submission and follow-up.
  • Develop winning proposals, and partnership offers.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing materials to support business acquisition.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company revenue targets.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution after deal closure.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports.
