Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience working with OEMs, technology vendors, or enterprise solution providers.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology vendors, and solution partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts.
- Drive partner-led revenue growth and business development opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new OEM and technology partners.
- Coordinate vendor enablement programs, certifications, and solution alignment activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to support business growth.
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare partnership performance reports and market intelligence updates.
