Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Completion of NYSC is required.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in insurance, insurance broking, financial services, real estate, property management, or related sectors.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
