- 5–10+ years experience in travel or aviation industry
- Strong sales and leadership experience
- Established industry network
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- P&L management experience preferred
- Nigerian national (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Drive overall P&L for Nigeria operations
- Achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets
- Identify new revenue streams (B2B, B2C, corporate travel)
- Build and execute Nigeria growth strategy
- Develop strategic partnerships with airlines and corporates
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Build and manage a high-performing local team
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
