We’re hiring French speakers in Lagos to join our Product Operations team!

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Customer Success, or a related field
- Basic understanding of product development and how user feedback contributes to product improvements
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA or similar is a plus
- Ability to organize information and support simple data analysis
- Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and information
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
- High degree of autonomy and accountability, comfortable operating independently and as part of a team
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and distributed teams
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritize effectively
- Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Platform Enablement
- Support client onboarding by assisting with setup, identifying key contacts, and helping deliver platform training
- Work with Product and Commercial teams to ensure onboarding activities align with client needs
- Help prepare and update onboarding materials and training documentation
- Act as a point of contact for basic client questions and platform-related support
- Assist in managing operational and platform issues, ensuring they are tracked and followed up on
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to help resolve issues
- Gather client feedback and support in organizing insights on platform usage
- Share feedback with Product teams to help improve the product
- Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
