Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Production In-charge/ Senior Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Long Pasta plant.

Duties

  • Knowledge of production plans & procedures, maintain and develop the plans and targets to achieve annual improvements based on the company’s overall goals.
  • Ensures the Quality system is established, implemented and maintained to the current quality program standards.
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to build and develop skill sets of employees.
  • Proper understanding of GMP and HSE
  • Integrity and Transparency
  • Highly motivated individual with efficient communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze shift results and implement any necessary changes to increase productivity.
  • Ensures that quality standards are implemented and adhered to.
  • Monitors operational efficiencies recommends and implements corrective action to
  • improve operational efficiencies.
  • Identifies causes and costs of waste, contamination and inefficiencies and takes appropriate action.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company stands and SOPs
