Description
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in tendering, proposal management, or bid coordination.
- Strong experience preparing technical proposals within the oil & gas or EPC industry.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with NIPEX and other e-tendering platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and document management skills.
