Job Description
- Frequently carry out patrol of the store as advised by the store CSO
- Ensure critical points related to safety and security of the store – Fire exits, escape routes are not blocked and are clear
- Ensure any violation of other departmental SOP is reported to the CSO for further action
- Supervise the activities of all external security guards and external security supervisors at the store.
- Ensure that all items on the vendor’s LPO are accurately supplied and appropriate records are taken.
- Ensure all items supplied by vendors are adequately weighed and recorded accurately.
- Ensure customer invoice/receipts are properly screened at exit point to be sure that quantity on receipt correspond with physical quantity purchased.
- Ensure customer entry/exit SOP are strictly enforced and assets of the company are adequately protected.
