- A relevant qualification with 2 - 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role, preferably in banking or insurance sector.
- Basic understanding of sales principles with evidence of achieving sales target.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
