Responsibilities

- Handle daily administrative task of the organisation
- Assist the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
- Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct file audits
- Provide general office support to management and HR department
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Prepare reports
