Job Description
- As a Junior Farmers Satisfaction Representative, you will play a crucial role as the liaison between the organization and the Natnuprenuer farmers, addressing their concerns, providing assistance and advocating for their needs by maintaining a strong relationship with the farmers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products, services and supports.
Key Duties
- Support the Senior FSR
- Provide exceptional customer service to farmers through various channels, such as phone, email and in-person interactions
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to problems promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with farmers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of the Natnuprenuer farmers and support them in achieving their goals.
- Effectively communicate the Natnuprenuer scheme to farmers by guiding product selection, usage , and best practices to optimize their farming operations.
- Act as mediator between the farmers and other departments within the organization to resolve issues.
- Escalate issues to senior FSR when necessary.
- Gather feedback from farmers regarding their experiences with our products and services.
- Compile feedback reports and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders for continues improvement..
- Conduct training session programs for farmers.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
