CPA, etc• At least 10 years of relevant technical experience managing regulatory, contractual, legal andfinancial compliance requirements

• Ensure application of documented policies and procedures for finance functions to ensure
ongoing efficient, effective support and compliance• Ensure that a system is in place for regular performance assessment of staff, including providing
technical support and opportunities for development.• Develop, coordinate and implement plans for the control, monitoring and reporting of financial
operations to include controllership, treasury and budgets (work plan budgets, operating budgetsand overall project budget);• Ensure that all financial information is consolidated on time and provided as appropriate for
analysis and dissemination;• Provide regular training and coaching to staff on donor regulations, grant management systemsand financial management
• Monitor the security situation and oversee implementation of security measures, includingappropriate reporting;• Travel to field offices to provide technical assistance and oversight;
• Ensure timely dissemination of and training on new initiatives/guidelines and policies andmonitoring of implementation;
• Develop financial and administrative policies, processes and procedures.
• Ensure that the financial reporting and accountability is provided to the board in a timely
manner.• Develop, monitor and review the corporate financial work plan.
• Assess the performance of the Foundation’s financial, annual budget and strategic plan
