The primary role of this position is to work as a business partner & ensure seamless experience to employees, build performance driven culture & develop human resource to achieve Organization's objective.


Requirements

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 12 years in a similar HRBP or HR leadership role.

• With good grasp of HR best practices & strong knowledge in Statutory compliances

• Ability to efficiently manage senior stakeholders and diverse workforce.

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral - Open to travel domestically PAN Uganda Good interpersonal skills & ability to influence.
