- Newly qualified CA or equivalent finance qualification
- Experience with Excel, GoogleSheet and advanced formulae
- Experience preparing and posting journal entries & supporting monthly financial reporting processes
- Experience executing payroll advantages

- Perform monthly payroll model and department allocations transactions
- Communicate with the People Team regarding staff members
- Maintain the Payroll Database, prepare KPI Data and work on Ad Hoc Finance projects
- Assist with month-end close procedures, payments allocations, bank reconciliation, and journal preparation
- Update and maintain hiring plans for hiring managers
- Maintain effective financial controls and reporting structures
- Contribute to the daily functioning of the finance team and its performance
- Act as the first point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from other departments
